That is exactly right. I spoke with the therapist today about that very thing. We were talking about how the subconscious ideas that seem to drive me down are subconscious because I cannot verbalize them, so she’s trying to get me to verbalize ideas that are counter to the ones that cannot be verbalized. Hopefully that’s not as crazy as it sounds.
